The site uses no cookies and no analytics, advertising or profiling tools. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Quote form
What you write in the form (name, service, area, message) does not pass through the site and is not stored on any server. The form puts the message together and opens it in WhatsApp or in your email app: you decide whether to send it.
Once sent, the message reaches Pro Service like any other WhatsApp message or email and is used only to answer the request and prepare the quote. For WhatsApp, the WhatsApp privacy policy also applies.
Until you send it, the text of the form is saved only in your browser (local storage), so you do not lose it if you close the page. It is deleted when you send the message, or when you clear the site data in your browser.
Preferences in the browser
On the /qrcode page the chosen language stays saved in the browser, together with a note that the opening animation has already been shown (deleted when you close the tab). These are not cookies and are not sent to anyone.
Map and external services
The Google map on the Contact page only loads if you press "Show the map": from then on Google receives technical data such as your IP address, under its own privacy policy. The links to Google Maps, Apple Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook and YouTube lead to external services, with their own rules.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. To deliver the pages, its servers process technical data such as the IP address and the browser type. Fonts and images come from the site itself, with no requests to other services.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the data you sent to Pro Service (GDPR articles 15-22) by writing to office@pro-service.srl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
